If there is nothing like this (you didn’t install it, or you are working on someone else’s computer), then the Windows operating system itself has a built-in free Paint editor. Even if it is not perfect (rather, even simply miserable), but for the "manifestation" of the made screen will fit quite well. Now, when you take a screenshot and send the upload to the server, the screen will appear in your account.
The screenshot can be copied, deleted or signed.
If you do not need to save screenshots sent to the program server in the account, then you need to log out of it.
Before we begin to analyze the work with the program, we will make and see the program settings. Right-click on the program icon located on the taskbar, select Settings.
There are few program settings, but they are divided into four tabs:
In the General menu, you can configure, for example, saving the cursor on the screenshot, as well as remove or show notifications about copying and saving.
Item Hotkeys, the main key for creating screenshots, you can assign any, for example, the same Print Screen key, but I assign another one - Pause, since I use Print Screen by default.
In the Formats section, you need to select the format of the uploaded image. Choice of PNG and JPG.
The Proxy tab allows you to use and configure proxy servers.
There are two ways to take a screenshot using LightShot, the first is left-clicking on the icon on the taskbar and selecting the desired part of the screen. The second - we click the key that was set in the settings, in my case Pause.
We select the necessary part of the screen, a toolbar appears, with which you can refine the screenshot.

A convenient option to upload a screenshot to the server, you get a link to this screenshot. It remains to send only this link.
Another interesting program is Joxi. Unlike the first program, Joxi has special plugins for all popular browsers. The interface of the program is different, but the principle of operation is the same.
We open the official website, on the main page there is a button to download Joxi.
Select the installation language.
Check or specify the installation path.
Leave all checkboxes if necessary.
Installation completed.
Immediately the program asks you to enter to start working with Joxi. And also come up with a password and click Register.
After registration, you can start using the program.
A floating window appears in the lower right corner with quick buttons for creating a screen. You can close it, and you can open it by right-clicking on the icon on the taskbar.

Joxi has a toolbar:
Joxi has a special plugin for this. The plugin is needed primarily to create a screenshot of the entire page of the pillars, as well as its individual parts.
On the main page of the site there is a section with plugins for all popular browsers.
Select the appropriate one and click Install. Next, the site redirects to the application store of the selected browser, where you need to click the Add to Yandex browser button.
We confirm the installation.
After installation, the corresponding icon will appear in the upper right corner of the browser.
Click on the Joxi icon, we see two buttons: Page Fragment and Entire Page.
After selecting the Entire Page button, a screenshot is created and the result and the toolbar appear in a separate tab.
So, to summarize: you can create a screenshot with standard applications of operating systems, but if you often create screenshots, then I recommend choosing and installing additional LightShot and Joxi programs. The advantage of LightShot is the speed of work, but there is no plugin for capturing the entire web page, the Joxi interface is more interesting, but it also works slower in my opinion, but there are blur tools and an additional plugin for taking a screenshot of the site page.
